Where it began

Picture
In 2008 our daughter attended a new pre-school in Christchurch. Her mother (Pip) is a qualified hairdresser and it wasnt long before she was going to the pre-school regularly to cut the childrens hair.
One preschool turned into two, then three and the concept was born.
KINDER-TRIM now provides hairdressing services to many pre-schools including some of New Zealand's largest childcare company owned centres.

Company Values

KINDER-TRIM services are aimed at the most beautiful yet most vulnerable people in our society. The core values that we strive to maintain are the foundation of our business.  The premises where our staff visit are institutions of caring and learning, so a balance of love, caring, dedication and precision is encouraged and expected from all of our employees.
Our core company values are:

Caring - Our business is based on working with children. Our employees are recruited primarily with this fact in mind.

Service - To uphold the best expectations which parents and centres require  from KINDER-TRIM.

Wealth Creation -   The KINDER-TRIM concept allows for wealth creation all round.
Parents benefit from cheap haircuts without the cost and hassle of visiting a salon.
Centres benefit by being able to offer a unique service to thier parents without cost to themselves.
KINDER-TRIM and its employees benefit from a business with few overheads allowing a unique remuneration model.

What our Customers have to say:
"I would recommend this to all centre's as it is an amazing extra service
that we can offer to our parents to make their lives easier."

"Having haircuts in our centre is so convieneint for our parents, in thier
very busy day, it is one less thing they have to worry about organising."
